    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for extrusion molding synthetic wood panels is provided to reduce process time by producing synthetic panels and reinforcing members simultaneously by dual extrusion molding. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for extrusion molding synthetic wood panels is as follows. Raw material is supplied to a hopper for kneading synthetic resin material and a hopper for supplying raw material of a reinforcing member. The synthetic resin material and reinforcing member material supplying from the hoppers are supplied to a dual extrusion mold to press and mold a synthetic panel(10) and a reinforcing member(20). The synthetic panel and the reinforcing member are cut in a predetermined length. Adhesives(40) is spread out only the molded synthetic panel by a first press molding. The reinforcing member is inserted into the synthetic panel. The coupled synthetic panel and reinforcing member are forcibly fitted by a vertical pressing roller.

    • PURPOSE: A synthetic lumber manufacturing method and the synthetic lumber are provided to have smoother material supply, to increase intensity, and to beautify the beauty of the lumber by providing pattern by mixing pigment in the pellet. CONSTITUTION: The first raw material manufacturing step shatters the bark, lignum and wood dust of the lumber and manufactures the first raw material of fiber state consisting of the fibroid material. The molding step is the kneading step of adding water, anhydrous citric acid, and carboxymethylcellulose(CMC) in the first raw material which is manufactured in the first raw material manufacturing method. The kneaded powder is put in a mold to have shape and is pressed in and heated in 70~80°C. The pellet manufacturing process removes moisture in the molding step and move to the thermal processing step in which heating process is happen in the draft furnace of 170~190°C. The mixing process mixes the pellet manufactured by the pallet manufacturing process with the wood dust and synthetic lumber material. The extrusion process extrudes the mixture which is generated by the mixing process on extruder. The finishing thermal process eliminates the moisture of the synthetic lumber manufactured by the extrusion process and finishing-heat-treats in the dry oven of 50~60°C to prevent the deformation.

The microorganism contact media unit removes foreign material and heavy metals in the rainwater. The storage tank stores the filtered rain water by the microorganism contact media unit. The pumping unit supplies the filtered rainwater stored in the storage tank.
