    • PURPOSE: A steel plate for an oil sand slurry pipe with excellent wear-resistance and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to be produced into a pipe and to have excellent wear resistance in the severe wear environment of an oil sand slurry pipe and ensure the excellent corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a steel plate for an oil sand slurry pipe with excellent wear-resistance comprises the following the steps of: heating a steel slab including 0.25 to 0.35 wt% of carbon, 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of silicon, 1.4 to 1.8 wt% of manganese, 0.05 wt% less than of aluminum, 0.03 wt% less than of phosphorus, 0.03 wt% less than of sulfur, 0.01 wt% less than of nitrogen, 0.4 wt% less than of chrome, and the remains of iron and the other unavoidable impurities; finish-hot-rolling the heated steel slab in the temperature range of Ar3 to Ar3+200°C in the reduction ratio of 50% or more; and cooling the heated hot-rolled steel material at the speed of 0.5 to 5 °C/sec.     • PURPOSE: A ship-building steel with excellent corrosion resistance against sea water is provided to increase the stability and service life of a ship and to alleviate coating maintenance and repair operation. CONSTITUTION: A ship-building steel with excellent corrosion resistance against sea water comprises carbon(C) 0.02~0.25%, silicon(Si) 0.05~1.0%, manganese(Mn) 0.2~2.0%, aluminum(Al) 0.1~2.0%, chrome(Cr) 0.1~3.0%, nitrogen(N) 0.001~0.01%, phosphorus(P) less than 0.03%, sulfur(S) less than 0.03%, the remainder iron(Fe) and inevitable impurity. An oxidized layer is formed on the surface of a steel material. The sum total content of chrome(Cr) and aluminum(Al) of the oxidized layer is higher 10 weight%. The steel material additionally contains one of copper(Cu) 0.05~0.5% and nickel(Ni) 0.05~1.0%. The steel material additionally contains one of molybdenum(Mo) 0.02~0.5%, tungsten(W) 0.02~0.5%, and cobalt(Co) 0.02~0.5%.
