    • PURPOSE: A high-toughness precast girder made with high-toughness concrete and a bridge construction method using the same are provided to secure earthquake-resistant performance and ductility through integral movement of the inner concrete. CONSTITUTION: A high-toughness precast girder made with high-toughness concrete comprises a concrete form, inner concrete(200), and a shear connection part. The concrete form is made with high-toughness concrete including steel fiber or organic fiber. The inner concrete is filled in the concrete form and formed into one body. The shear connection part in which steel reinforcements arranged in the concrete form are projected inward is formed between the concrete form and the inner concrete.

    • PURPOSE: A tide arch shaped composite girder bridge connected by precast blocks and a construction method are provided to improve workability and construction performance by reducing the time for a bridge construction. CONSTITUTION: A tide arch shaped composite girder bridge connected by precast blocks comprises a plurality of girder segments(10a,10b,10c), a shear key part, inner tendons, and outer tendons(30). The girder segments are divided by filling girder concrete(14) in an outer steel(12), and are connected with the girder concrete and a steel material in a site. The shear key part formed in a joint surface of the girder concrete resists shear force. The inner tendons inserted into the upper end of the girder segments provide tensile force by initial compressive stress. The outer tendons inserted in the bottom end of the girder segments provide tensile force.
