    • PURPOSE: A method for niobium oxide nano-powder based on anodization is provided to mass-produce the niobium oxide nano-powder on a niobium thin film by anodizing the niobium thin film under a high voltage condition. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing niobium oxide nano-powder based on anodization includes the following: A niobium thin film(10) is anodized under a high voltage condition. Niobium oxide nano-powder(30) is formed on the niobium thin film through the anodization. The nano-powder includes circular nano-particles and needle-like nano-particles. In the anodization process, the niobium thin film is repeatedly destructed and regenerated and the niobium oxide is chemically eluted. The nano-powder is formed based on protruded nano-particles.
