    • The present invention relates to a wear ring for a pump car, the wear ring installed in a hopper of a pump car so as to transport concrete materials from a construction site to a building, and to composition thereof. Existing wear rings are composed of multiple pieces bonded to form a ring shape through means such as welding, so they are easily disassembled or damaged due to friction from use. Stellite, which is an ultra wear resistant material, is welded to high manganese steel and is then polished and processed to be used, but cracks are generated at the welded part; therefore, the lifespan of existing wear rings is not long enough to be worth the price. To solve these problems, the present invention provides a wear ring comprising: a base plate (10) installed inside a hopper of a pump car; a wear plate (20) installed at through-holes (11) (12) of the base plate (10); and a wear ring (30); wherein the wear plate (20) has an inner side surface part (21) and a top flange part (22); the inner side surface of the wear plate (20) is bonded and fixed to the inner sides of the through-holes (11) (12) of the base plate; and a bottom flange part (33) equipped with an inner side surface part (31) having the same size as the inner side surface part (21) is bonded to and assembled with the top flange part (22) of the wear plate (20). Accordingly, the wear ring has far better wear resistance than existing cemented carbide, is at least 40% cheaper than the cemented carbide, and especially has such excellent multiple wear resistance characteristics that the wear ring endures corrosion in wet and alkaline environments and also endures high load friction.
