A transmission unit(230) transmits data to the terminal by using the third data frame, and transmits the map information to the terminal by using the fourth data frame.

    • A system and a method for providing an MBS(Multicast/Broadcast Service) by using a WiBro/WiMAX network are provided to speedily change channels by rapidly executing user authentication in an ACR(Access Control Router). A system for providing an MBS by using a WiBro/WiMAX network comprises an MBS control part(110), a QoS(Quality of Service) control part(120), an ACR(160) and an RAS(Radio Access Station)(150). The MBS control part generates the start and end of an MBS bearer session. The QoS control part requests the allocation and release of QoS for the start and end of the MBS bearer session. If QoS allocation is requested, the ACR allocates a multicast SFID(Service Flow ID) for the MBS bearer session so that MBS bearer traffic, received from an MBS contents source, can be provided to an MBS subscriber station. In case QoS release is requested, the ACR releases the allocated multicast SFID. The RAS allocates a multicast CID(Connection ID) equivalent to the multicast SFID according to an MBS bearer traffic request from the MBS subscriber station, and controls radio section resources with the MBS subscriber station.

CONSTITUTION: A method for improving call drop caused by a radio link failure in a mobile communication system comprises the steps of: detecting an RLF(Radio Link Failure) occurring before handover triggering; generating a log file or statistic data according to the RLF happening before the handover triggering; updating an NRT(Neighbor Relation Table) and optimizing a handover parameter by considering the statistic data or the log file; allowing a target base station to receive an RRC(Radio Resource Control) reset message including a PCID(Physical Cell ID) and an RNTI(Cell Radio Network Temporary Identifier) from a corresponding terminal(130).
