    • PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to prevent color mixture or defects on a panel by forming a blue light emitting layer between a red light emitting layer and a green light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(210) is formed on a substrate(201). A second electrode(250) is formed on the electrode to face the first electrode. An organic light emitting layer(230) is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A hole transport layer(222) is formed between the first electrode and the organic light emitting layer. A hole injection layer(221) is formed between the first electrode and the hole transport layer. An intermediate layer(223) is formed between the hole transport layer and the hole injection layer.
