摘要： Provided is an organic light-emitting device comprising: a substrate; a first electrode layer formed on the substrate; a second electrode layer formed on the first electrode layer to be opposite thereto; an organic light-emitting layer formed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, and including a third organic light-emitting layer commonly provided in a first subpixel, a second subpixel, and a third subpixel, a first organic light-emitting layer formed on the third organic light-emitting layer and provided in the first subpixel, and a second organic light-emitting layer formed on the third organic light-emitting layer and provided in the second subpixel; a first resonance assist layer formed between the third organic light-emitting layer and the first organic light-emitting layer; a second resonance assist layer formed between the third organic light-emitting layer and the second organic light-emitting layer; a first doping assist layer formed between the third organic light-emitting layer and the first resonance assist layer; and a second doping assist layer formed between the third organic light-emitting layer and the second resonance assist layer, wherein the first doping assist layer and the second doping assist layer include a hole-transporting material and a p-type dopant.

摘要： PURPOSE: A donor film, an organic light emitting display device manufacturing method using the same and an organic light emitting display device using the method are provided to contain an organic light emitting layer which is formed in curved shape, thereby improving luminous efficiency and bonding force. CONSTITUTION: A donor substrate (100) comprises a base film (110), a light-heat conversion layer (120), and a curved layer partition wall (130). The light -heat conversion layer is located on the base film. The curved layer partition wall has a corrugated side. A transfer layer (200) comprises an organic light emitting layer (325). The organic light emitting layer is formed in a curved shape on the corrugated side according to the shape of the corrugated side.

An organic light emitting layer(230) is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A hole transport layer(222) is formed between the first electrode and the organic light emitting layer. A hole injection layer(221) is formed between the first electrode and the hole transport layer. An intermediate layer(223) is formed between the hole transport layer and the hole injection layer.
