    • PURPOSE: An optical film is provided to reduce power consumption by being formed as an integrated optical film for improving luminance while improving moire phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A lens type functional layer is formed on an optical film(100). The lens type functional layer includes a wave shape of a longitudinal direction. A change rate of the wave shape is 3~10%. The lens type functional layer includes a wave shape of an axial direction. The optical film is made of polycarbonate. The change rate of the wave shape is calculated by a distance till a peak(103) positioned in a left side based on a valley(101) of a prism shape.

    • An antistatic sheet and a wrapping material molded by using the same are provided to offer improve adhesion and chemical resistance by applying an antistatic agent in which water soluble polycarbonate binder resin is mixed. An antistatic sheet includes a base polymer sheet and an antistatic layer. The base polymer sheet includes a conductive polymer of 5~30 weight% on one side. The base polymer sheet is formed by applying an antistatic agent in which water soluble polycarbonate binder resin of 2~10 weight% is diluted in a solvent. The water soluble polycarbonate binder resin is dissolved in a mixing agent having polycarbonatepolyol with 800~10,000 of average molecular weight of 5~40 weight% concentration. Alcohol and purified water of the sum total solvent is made with a ratio of 2:1 - 4:3.

    • A backlight unit for a flat panel display in which a bending characteristic of a light diffusing plate is improved and the flat panel display using the same are provided to optimize a length ratio between a long axis length of the light diffusing plate and a distance between a lamp direction surface of the light diffusing plate and a lamp support pin, thereby obtaining uniformity of brightness. In configuration of a backlight unit, a diffusing plate(1) and a lamp support pin(2) are installed. A length ratio between a long axis length of the light diffusing plate and a distance between a lamp direction surface of the light diffusing plate and a lamp support pin is in the range of 240 to 1000. Bending of the diffusing plate due to heat of driving of the backlight unit is prevented according to control of the length ratio. The long axis length of the light diffusing plate is desirably 650~1300mm. Thickness of the light diffusing plate is desirably 0.8~3.0mm.
