    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing a high dispersive inhomogeneous metal catalyst is provided, to make a catalyst with a high dispersity and improved reactivity and selectivity, thereby reducing the amount used and the manufacturing cost, by using the hollow of hollow-type ceramic. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of preparing a hollow-type ceramic; binding a silane compound capable of fixing an ion chelating compound into the hollow of the ceramic by a covalent bond; adsorbing metal expressing a catalytic activity to the silane treated ceramic; and sintering the organic-inorganic composite ceramic where metal is adsorbed. Preferably the silane compound used in the silane treatment is N-(trimethoxysilylpropyl)ethylenediaminetriacetic acid trisodium salt and the metal used in the metal adsorption is nickel; or the silane compound used in the silane treatment is 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and the metal used in the metal adsorption is copper. The sintering is carried out at a temperature of 300-500 deg.C.

    • PURPOSE: A method of synthesizing mesoporous silica suitable to selective adsorption for heavy metal ion dissolved in wastewater, especially from plating industries. In this method, tetrealkoxysilanes such as tetramethoxysilane or tetraethoxysilane are used as structural precursor of the mesoporous silica. Dodecyl amine, a kind of neutral amine surfactant, is used to prevent destruction of hydroxyl radicals in silica walls during the calcining process. In addition, such reagents as 3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane and 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxy silane are used to introduce amine and thiol group, which are reactive with heavy metal ions, on silica walls. CONSTITUTION: The mesoporous silica is synthesized by (i) after dissolving dodecyl amine into ethanol, mixing the mixture solution with tetraethoxy silane; (ii) addition of 3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane and 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxy silane into the mixture solution at the point that the mixture solution become milky after the hydration and condensation of tetraethoxysilane, and then agitating severely for more than 20hrs; (iii) drying the obtained mesoporous silica at an ambient temperature for more than 24hrs, and then soxhlet extraction with ethanol for more than 72hrs to eliminate residual surfactants and organic silane; (iv) drying resultant mesoporous silica at an ambient temperature for more than 24hrs, and then heating at 100deg.C for 1hr.

    • PURPOSE: A vinyl house equipped with a snow removing function is provided to install the roof of a vinyl house with a tilt, thereby removing immediately the snow or rain without any accumulation. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl house equipped with a snow removing function comprises the following steps. Both sides of a house main body(10) are equipped with a frame, and a space part(14) comprising an opened upper part is formed inside of the house main body. One side of the frame is shorter than the other side. A roof member(20) is positioned with a tilt toward the lower direction of one frame by the length difference of the two frames. An angle control means(30) controls the angle by elevating or dropping the roof member. A process means(40) collects and process the dropping snow and rain when the roof member elevates, and supply warm air to the space part inside. A cylinder tool is fixed and installed inside of the other frame. A cylinder shaft(32) moves vertically according to the operation of the cylinder tool, and controls the angle by elevating or dropping the roof member. A housing(41) has an open upper part inside, and a processing place for collecting the snow and the rain is formed inside of the housing. A cover(42) is installed in the upper part of the housing to be opened and closed. An exothermic member(43) melts the snow collected inside, or heats the air flowed from the outside. A suction fan(44) is formed on one side of the outer wall of the housing, and flows in the outside air. A supply opening(45) supplies the outside air heated by the exothermic member to the inside of the space part. A drainpipe drains the snow and the rain collected and processed in the processing place to the underground. A storage tank is capable of supplying water to the space part.
