摘要： PURPOSE: A solid fuel manufacturing apparatus based on livestock excrements is provided to treat livestock excrements to become alternative energy and to reduce the generating amount of greenhouse gas. CONSTITUTION: A solid fuel manufacturing apparatus includes an impurity classifying unit(100), a transferring unit(200), a stirring and molding unit(300), and a drying unit(400). The impurity classifying unit includes a classifying unit, a guiding screw unit, and a classifying frame. The classifying unit classifies impurities included in livestock excrements. The guiding screw unit guides the classified livestock excrements to the transferring unit. The classifying unit and the guiding screw unit are fixed to the classifying frame. The transferring unit includes a main body part, a transferring screw, and a transferring motor. A plurality of stirring blades is arranged at the stirring and molding unit. The drying unit dries molded products to become solid fuel.

摘要： PURPOSE: A manure solid fuel boiler is provided to facilitate the use and maintenance of a boiler by crushing the completely burnt manure solid fuel at a constant size and easily being discharged. CONSTITUTION: A manure solid fuel boiler comprises a main body(100), a water jacket(200), a combustion chamber(300) and a fuel crushing device(400). The water jacket is installed on the top of the combustion chamber in the inner side of the main body(110). The water jacket comprises a gas transfer pipe(210), a circulation unit(220) and an exhausting unit(230). The combustion gas is moved through the inside of a plurality of gas transfer pipes. The circulation unit is connected to each end of the gas transfer pipe. The circulation unit circulates the combustion gas. The exhausting unit discharges the completely heat-exchanged combustion gas. The combustion chamber comprises a fuel fixing projection(320), a burner and a blower(330). The fuel fixing projection is rotated with the rotation of the fuel crushing device and prevents the combustion efficiency reduction of the manure solid fuel. The fuel fixing projection is crossed each other at regular intervals. The fuel crushing device crushes and discharges the burnt manure solid fuel.
