    • PURPOSE: Provided is a method for extracting humic acid from livestock manure by using nature-friendly material such as chitosan as a coagulant, which can reduce cost for treating livestock manure by recycling the nonbiodegradable material, the humic acid, in agriculture. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) biologically treating livestock manure, and filtering decant water or wastewater generated from the biological treatment by reverse osmosis, thereby obtaining concentrated wastewater, (b) feeding chitosan to the concentrated wastewater and mixing the chitosan and wastewater, thereby generating humic acid-chitosan slurry, wherein the chitosan is 0.7 to 1.0 %(w/v), (c) settling the humic acid-chitosan slurry by gravity, thereby separating the slurry into decant water and the sediment, (d) drying the sediment, and (e) crushing the sediment.

    • 본발명은무기성오니및 유기성오니를이용하여다공성의세라믹담체를제조하는방법에관한다. 상기제조방법은, 무기성오니및 유기성오니의오니혼합물을이용한다공질세라믹담체제조방법에있어서, 상기무기성오니에부피비로 5~30%의유기성오니를혼합하여오니혼합물을형성하는단계; 상기오니혼합물을성형건조하는단계; 및상기오니혼합물의성형체를소결시키는단계를포함하고, 상기오니혼합물은상기무기성오니 100 중량부에대해 35 ~ 100 중량부의점토를더 포함하는것을특징으로한다. 이러한제조방법은, 무기성오니와유기성오니를이용하여간단한공정으로저비용고품질의세라믹담체를제조하는것이가능하여, 종래기술적인한계와고비용으로인해재활용이제한적인석분슬러지와같은무기성오니와환경오염의원인이되는유기성오니를처리및 재활용하는방법으로서유리하게적용될수 있다. 특히본 발명은, 산화칼슘(CaO)과같은특정성분을다량으로함유하고있는석분슬러지에대해서도기공률, 소결성및 강도가우수한다공성세라믹담체를제조하는것이가능하다.
