    • PURPOSE: To provide a stencil for stencil process printing which can be made up with a low energy while it keeps a required strength and shows outstanding perforating characteristics, easy adjustment of an ink transition amount with almost no offset, excellent printability and image sharpness and smooth conveying performance of the stencil as well as manufacturing method for the stencil and a stencil making up method. CONSTITUTION: The stencil for stencil process printing is of a sheet type with numerous fine pores which are filled with a filler of (A) a resin having a lower melt point than the melt point of the sheet, (B) a solvent-soluble resin or (C) a thermal adhesive resin. (2) The stencil for stencil process printing is of a synthetic resin film type. (3) The manufacturing method for the stencil comprises the steps to form the fine pores by pressing a roller with gimlet-like protrusions formed on the surface into contact with the synthetic resin film and fill the fine pores with the filler. (4) The stencil making up method comprises the steps to melt, dissolve or thermally bond the filler packed in the fine pores of the stencil and make up the stencil.
