摘要： A diagnostic kit comprising antibodies specific to human transthyretin is provided to diagnose Alzheimer's disease by measuring concentration of transthyretin in blood, so that the diagnosis is carried out conveniently and efficiently without burden to a patient. A diagnostic kit of Alzheimer's disease comprises (1) antibodies specific to a human transthyretin which is obtained by purifying anti-serum or the egg derived from an animal immunized by human transthyretin, (2) a positive control group containing a transthyretin standard antigen and a negative control group containing anti-serum of an antigen-uninjected animal, (3) a secondary antibody conjugate labeled with a marker showing a color through reaction with a substrate, (4) a coloring substrate-containing solution, (5) cleaning solution used for each reaction, and (6) solution for terminating enzyme reaction, wherein the marker of the secondary antibody conjugate is HRP(horse radish peroxidase), alkaline phosphatase, colloid gold, fluorescein or dye.
