    • The present invention relates to an assembly-type cap formed on intercondylar between condyles of a femur of a semi-clamping type artificial knee joint and more specifically, to a cap which can be attached to a femur by being independently manufactured into an assembly type, not a cap casted with the body of an existing femur. The present invention can improve productivity by not matching a cap and a femur one to one in order to attach one cap of single size on a proper spot of a femur without forming caps of sizes corresponding to the size of a femur. Furthermore, if the assembly-type cap is applied, the present invention can easily change a design, can reduce costs for raw materials in a machining process, and can extend the lifetime of an artificial joint by reducing the abrasion of polyethylene via a precise surface processing process.
