CONSTITUTION: In a bidirectional learning/evaluation system encoding and displaying mathematical symbols and diagrams on internet and method therefor, the system comprises a plurality of users' terminal(10) connected to a Web server(30) through an internet network(20) and an operating terminal(40) for operating the Web server(30), wherein the Web server(30) includes a data base for administering the user(31), a data base for learning contents(32), a data base for learning schedule(33), a data base for evaluation questions(34), and a data base for evaluation record(35), each of which performs membership administration, transmission of learning contents, and evaluation and record/administration of users' learning capability, respectively. In the system, the HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language) document transmitted to the users' terminal(10) from the Web server(30) displays all of a process of users' registration, a process of an initial evaluation, a process of an offer of learning tasks, a process of an offer of evaluative and supplementary learning tasks, and a process for analyzing achievement level and inclination, so that bidirectional learning receiving and transmitting information from the user can be made.
