CONSTITUTION: In a stator of electromotive compressor and an assembling method of the same, a plurality of bobbins(520) have a wound coil in outside respectively and are arranged in circle. A first terminal is combined in order to be projected on the top of the bobbin. The first terminals(530a, 530b) include a first fixing unit which is electrically connected to the coil. A second terminal is combined in order to be projected on the top of the bobbin Second terminals(540a, 540b) include a first fixing unit which is electrically connected to a second end of the coil. . A bus bar assembly(560) is formed with a resin material which is not reacted with a refrigerant. First and second ends are vertically projected to an axial direction.
