    • PURPOSE: An image forming device is provided to execute controlling partial glossiness by mounting an image to one time and two times. CONSTITUTION: An image forming device(100) includes as follows. A color toner image forming unit forms a toner image with a color toner on a recording material. A clear toner image forming unit forms a toner image with a clear toner that has higher melting viscosity in a mounting temperature of the color toner than a melting viscosity in the mounting temperature. A mounting unit mounts the toner image which is formed on the recording material. An obtaining unit obtains information about an area which a designated glassiness is reduced and increase partially. A control unit determines an image forming order by a clear toner by a color toner about the recording material according to the obtained information by the obtaining unit.

A method for manufacturing a tubular belt comprises the following steps of: coating a polymer resin of the solution state on a cylindrical mold with a dispenser; performing heat treatment on the coated polymer resin; removing a solvent and moisture remained on a surface by performing a pre-baking process in50~100°C for 10~120 minutes; performing a post-curing process; and making the tubular belt with a solid state.
