    • The present invention relates to a food waste disposal apparatus using a natural force, wherein the food waste disposal apparatus is to hygienically dispose wet food waste with a small volume by drying and reducing the wet food waste using solar heat. According to the present invention, the food waste disposal apparatus having three coupling bodies vertically arranged on top of each other exposes the wet food waste after collecting the wet food waste in order to dry and reduce the wet food waste in process of time, thereby hygienically disposing the dried and reduced food waste. The lowest one of the coupling bodies is a drain tray in which water flowing from the wet food waste is collected. Another one of the coupling bodies is an inner tray vertically inside the drain tray and having the food waste from which the water flows to the drain tray. The other one of the coupling bodies is a cover vertically installed on the inner tray and closing the inner tray, thereby preventing the approaches of bugs and the leakage of smells to the outside. The cover has multiple magnifying glasses coupled to the upper surface thereof. After the water flows from the wet food waste by the solar heat passing through the magnifying glasses and doubled to heat the wet food waste in the inner tray, the solar heat evaporates remaining water in the wet food waste in order to dry the wet food waste, thereby disposing the dried and reduced food waste. According to the present invention, the food waste can be hygienically and conveniently disposed not by artificial energy, but by solar heat energy.

    • A drying apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a drying chamber surrounded by drying chamber walls, and housing an object to be dried; a stirrer installed in the drying chamber, able to rotate, and stirring the object; a combusting part installed at the upper side of the drying chamber, heating the object by providing radiant heat for the drying chamber, and pyrolyzing organic matters generated in the drying chamber; a convection fan facilitating to transmit the radiant heat of a combustion pipe to the object by circulating air, which is inside the drying chamber, around the combustion part; a condenser receiving steam containing the organic matters generated in the drying chamber, and making condensate water by cooling the steam; and a blower running the steam in the drying chamber into the condenser by generating an air pressure difference, and transferring steam not condensed in the condenser and the organic matters to the combustion part. The combustion part of the drying apparatus according to the present invention is capable of not only generating the steam by heating the object, but also pyrolyzing the organic matters contained in the steam, thereby improving energy efficiency and reducing the generation of odors and pollutants.

    • According to the present invention, moisture contained in an object to be dried such as agricultural products like pepper and marine products like seaweed can be removed and rapidly dried, wherein the object to be dried is introduced into a drying room which maintains high temperature and hot air atmosphere by radiant heat similar to solar heat. A manual type drying method of agricultural and marine products according to an embodiment of the present invention, which dries agricultural and marine products introduced into a drying room using high temperature and hot air, comprises a cleaning process for cleaning the agricultural and marine products by using water to remove foreign substances; a boring process for forming holes on the surfaces of the above mentioned products to discharge moisture from the inside of the products; a preheat process for preheating the products which have holes and move along a conveyor at 100-200°C with the radiant heat of the drying heater; a drying process for drying, in a sealed drying room maintained around 35-50°C, the products which are loaded on the tray and moved into the passage of the drying room by circulating hot air which is converted from radiant heat generated from a drying heater by an air blower in one direction; and a moisture discharging process for gathering moisture discharged while the products are being dried and discharging the moisture through a duct installed on the outlet on the ceiling of the drying room.
