    • PURPOSE: A polyploid producing method of Miscanthus sinensis is provided to utilize as biomass sources which can produce substite energy for earth warming and carbon exhaustion. CONSTITUTION: A polyploid producing method of Miscanthus sinensis includes the following steps: removing spermoderm of the Miscanthus sinensis; sterilizing the seeds; inducing the sprouting by planting the seeds in a 1/2MS basal medium; selecting the sprouted seeds; interrupting somatic cell division by processing the seed with colchicines; treating the selected seeds with colchicines to interrupt somatic cell division; washing the colchicines treated seed with sterilized water; inducing sprouting by disseminating the washed seed; and planting the sprouted seeds and transferring to a flowerpot and planting in a greenhouse.
    • 目的:提供芒草的多倍体生产方法,用作生物质源,可以产生地球暖化和碳耗尽的能量。 构成:芒草的多倍体生产方法包括以下步骤:去除芒草的精子; 对种子进行灭菌; 通过在1 / 2MS基础培养基中种植种子诱导发芽; 选择发芽的种子; 通过用秋水仙素处理种子来中断体细胞分裂; 用秋水仙素处理选择的种子以中断体细胞分裂; 用无菌水洗涤秋水仙素处理的种子; 通过传播洗涤的种子诱导发芽; 并种植发芽的种子并转移到花盆并种植在温室中。

    • PURPOSE: A composition containing Capsicum anuum-derived CaRLK1 gene for promoting plant cell division and proliferating cells or suppressing aging is provided to be used in pharmaceutical products and cosmetic products. CONSTITUTION: A composition for promoting plant cells division and proliferating cells contains a gene encoding CaRLK1(Capsicum annuum Receptor-like Kinase 1) protein containing an amino acid of sequence number 2 as an active ingredient. A composition for suppressing plant cell aging contains the gene. The gene has a base sequence of sequence number 1. A recombinant vector for intracellular transduction contains the gene. A method for proliferating cells and promoting plant cells division comprises a step of transforming the recombinant vector to a plant and a step of overexpressing the gene.
