摘要： PURPOSE: A polyploid producing method of Miscanthus sinensis is provided to utilize as biomass sources which can produce substite energy for earth warming and carbon exhaustion. CONSTITUTION: A polyploid producing method of Miscanthus sinensis includes the following steps: removing spermoderm of the Miscanthus sinensis; sterilizing the seeds; inducing the sprouting by planting the seeds in a 1/2MS basal medium; selecting the sprouted seeds; interrupting somatic cell division by processing the seed with colchicines; treating the selected seeds with colchicines to interrupt somatic cell division; washing the colchicines treated seed with sterilized water; inducing sprouting by disseminating the washed seed; and planting the sprouted seeds and transferring to a flowerpot and planting in a greenhouse.
