    • PURPOSE: A pure oxygen aerating apparatus and a sewage and wastewater treating apparatus including the same are provided to increase the using efficiency of oxygen by measuring the concentration of non-used oxygen and transferring the non-used oxygen to an inner collecting panel if the concentration is higher than a pre-determined value. CONSTITUTION: A pure oxygen aerating apparatus(200) is floated on the surface of water in a reacting bath(110) storing sewage and wastewater. The apparatus includes an impeller(230), a first collecting panel(210), and a second collecting panel(220). The impeller pulverizes oxygen and transfers the pulverized oxygen into the sewage and the wastewater in the reacting bath. The first collecting panel collects non-pulverized oxygen and re-supplies the collected oxygen to the impeller. The second collecting panel collects materials generated from the microorganism metabolism of the pulverized oxygen.

    • A pure oxygen aeration system for waste water treatment is provided to appropriately maintain the concentration of dissolved oxygen and effectively discharge harmful gas, by improving the structure of supplying pure oxygen to an aeration bath. A pure oxygen supply unit(20) has a pure oxygen supply part(21) for generating pure oxygen and at least one oxygen supply pipe(23) facing an inside of an aeration bath(10) from the pure oxygen supply part. A high-speed jet inducer(40) is installed within the aeration bath. A mixed water circulating unit(30) inputs a mixed water in which activated sludge, polluted water, and oxygen are mixed, to the high-speed jet inducer. An oxygen absorption pipe(50) absorbs oxygen floating above a surface of water and supplies the absorbed oxygen into the water within the aeration bath.
