    • PURPOSE: A cutting tool and a milling machine are provided to readily cool a tool and a workpiece and to remove cutting remainders by supplying sufficient cutting oil to a channel of the tool through a spindle from a cutting oil supply source of the milling machine. CONSTITUTION: A disc(44) is prepared on a lower end of a handle(42) of a tool(40) connected to a spindle(12) of a milling machine(10). A channel is formed in the tool to let out cutting oil through an outer circumferential face of the disc. Thereby, the tool prepared with the channel is connected to the spindle so that the cutting oil is supplied to the inner channel. As the cutting oil(30) is let in by specific pressure, the cutting oil is supplied to a cut face of a workpiece(20) through the channel(50) of the tool(40) at a high speed. Further, the cutting oil is rapidly supplied to a cutting portion of the workpiece by the centrifugal force of the tool from the channel due to the rotation of the tool. Thus, the heat of the workpiece and the tool is cooled by the cutting oil and the cutting remainders(22) of the workpiece are cooled and removed.
