    • PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for allocating an IP address in a wireless communication network are provided to easily and rapidly allocate an IP address between terminals.     • PURPOSE: A ring type optical modem device and a communication method using the same are provided to reduce installation costs of a converter and a converting module.
