    • PURPOSE: A data communication method and apparatus in a multi tasking circumstance of a satellite communication system capable of preventing other normal tasks from being influenced due to a task encountering an obstacle by taking out and restoring buffers which are accumulated in a queue of a corresponding task into a free pool when a part of tasks encounters an obstacle and a buffer is accumulated more than a threshold which is set to the queue of a corresponding task are provided. CONSTITUTION: The data communication apparatus in a multi tasking circumstance of a satellite communication system comprising: a buffer number counter(53) for counting the number of buffers which are stored in a queue by tasks; a buffer abandonment number counter(54) for counting a number which a buffer by tasks is abandoned; a buffer number threshold storage section(55) for storing a threshold of a buffer which is being stored in a queue by tasks; a buffer controller(56) for reading a buffer from a buffer free pool according to a request from each task, storing and transmitting a message which a task requests to a queue of a corresponding task, and controlling a queue of each task; a buffer abandonment number threshold storage section(57) for storing a threshold of a buffer abandoned from a queue of each task; and a task controller(58) for periodically comparing a buffer abandonment number with a buffer abandonment number threshold and restoring a buffer which is stored in a queue of a corresponding task when the buffer abandonment number is more than the buffer abandonment number threshold.
