A radiation shielding plate(150) is installed at a position separated for a prescribed distance from the other end of the radiation source stopping part which is sealed and prevents the radiation of the radiation source from radiating to a rear part. The radiation shielding plate comprises a combining hole formed in the shape of a circle or a quadrangle.

    • A compact X-ray tube with a triode structure using CNT(Carbon Nano Tube) is provided to increase an electric field emitting area in a CNT emitter, thereby maximizing currents emitting per a unit area. A compact X-ray tube comprises an electron emission unit(200) and an anode unit. The electron emission unit comprises a cathode(220), a gate portion(250) and a cover(260). A CNT emitter(210) is minutely patterned in the cathode. The gate portion is arranged on the cathode to induce electron emission. The cover is arranged on the gate portion. The cover has a hole larger than an electric field emitting area of a CNT emitter. The cathode, the gate portion and the cover are fixed with a bonding material(270). The anode unit is arranged on the electron emission unit. The anode unit generates an X ray by collision of electrons emitted from the cathode.

    • An X-ray tube and an X-ray source including the same are provided. An anode housing portion (3) of an X-ray tube is provided with a pair of conductive flat surface parts (13d) so arranged as to be parallel to a reference surface perpendicular to an electron entering surface (5d) of an X-ray target and to sandwich the X-ray target. The reference surface includes a first reference line connecting the center of the electron exiting opening of an electron gun (11) and the center of the electron entering surface of the X-ray target and a second reference line intersecting with the first reference line on the electron entering surface and connecting the center of the electron entering surface and the center of an X-ray exiting window. With this constitution, the shape of the entering electron beam can be approximated to a circle by the action of the electric field produced between the electron entering surface of the X-ray target and the electron gun. Unlike conventional X-ray tubes, the tube does not have any hood electrode, the FOD can be shortened. Hence, a sharp magnified fluoroscopic image can be captured, and the magnification of the magnified fluoroscopic image can be increased.

    • A photo ionizer is provided to absorb a vibration and extend a life time of an x-ray tube by having a silicon tap having elasticity and expansion/extraction. A photo ionizer includes a plurality of head units and a control unit. The head units emit a soft x-ray to a charged object and ionize a gas of an air by the emitted soft x-ray. The head units generate the soft x-ray to a charge of the charged object by at least one of an electron, a positive ion and a negative ion which are generated from an ionized gas. The control unit controls the head units. A power unit is included in the control unit. A high voltage generation unit receives a low voltage from the power unit and boosts up the low voltage to a high voltage. An x-ray tube(500) receives the high voltage from the high voltage generation unit and generates the x-ray. A silicon cap is fixedly installed on the x-ray tube, and molds an inlet with silicon to prevent an electric accident by the high voltage applied to the x-ray tube. The silicon cap protects the x-ray tube from a vibration by absorbing the vibration generated from an external. A tube(510) generates an electron. A target extracts the electron generated from the tube by a potential difference from an anode. An output window emits the x-ray generated by an impact of the electron.
