    • A winding type condenser and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent pressure from being applied from a sealing unit to a condenser by preventing a contact of the sealing unit and the condenser element. A winding type condenser includes a condenser element(20), a receiving unit, a sealing unit(11), and a stopper. The condenser element(20) has a positive thin film which is connected to a positive terminal and a negative thin film which is connected to a negative terminal. The positive thin film and the negative thin film are wound around a separator. An electrolytic layer is formed between the positive thin film and the negative thin film. The receiving unit has an aperture, and receives the condenser element(20). The sealing unit(11) has a penetration hole through which the positive terminal and the negative terminal penetrate. The sealing unit(11) seals the aperture of the receiving unit. A predetermined gap is formed between the sealing unit(11) and the condenser element(20). The stopper is installed to have the gap on at least one of the positive terminal and the negative terminal.

    • PURPOSE: A cathode coating dispersion and energy storage devices using the coating dispersion are provided, to obtain the one-component heat activated crosslinking conductive coating used in energy storage devices, exhibiting an improved storage and discharge properties and a strong adherence with a cathode surface when subjected to KOH and/or a high temperatures. CONSTITUTION: The cathode coating dispersion comprises graphite, carbon black or their mixture, a binder and at least one crosslinking agent, wherein the coating dispersion is applied as a homogeneous aqueous dispersion forming a protective film on an energy storage device, and the binder is selected from the group consisting of styrene acryl, butadiene acrylonitrile, butadiene styrene, epoxy and epoxy ester. Preferably the crosslinking agent comprises melamine, carbodiimide, phenolic and an acid catalyst, or their mixtures. Preferably the ratio of the graphite, carbon black or their mixture to the binder is about 1-6; and the water content of dispersion is about 30-90 wt%.
