    • A flux control apparatus is provided to control precisely and stably the flux of fluid by integrating a fluid passage conversion part and a pressure controlling part with a base part which includes a stacking structure. A flux control apparatus includes a base part(18), a pressure controlling part(20), a pressure sensor(78), and a fluid conversion part(22). The base part consists of a plurality of plates(24a~24e) laminated in one body, has a pressurized fluid passage, a pressurized fluid input port(12), a pressurized fluid output port(14), and a pressure sensor port(16). A diaphragm is interposed between the plurality of plates and acts as a valve plug(26). The pressure controlling part is installed on one side of the base part and controls the pressure of the pressurized fluid which flows through the pressurized fluid passage. The pressure sensor is installed on one side of the base part, is connected to the pressure sensor port, and detects the pressure of the pressurized fluid. The fluid passage conversion part is installed on one side of the base part to convert passages(40) which are connected to the pressure controlling part and the pressurized fluid output port for the pressurized fluid to flow toward the pressurized fluid output port.

    • PURPOSE: A hydraulic unit is provided to reduce noise and pulsation of pressure from a pump by using a damping unit, and to cut down cost by securely sealing the inlet of the damping unit in assembling the pump without additional sealing materials. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic unit for a brake system electronically controlled of a vehicle is composed of a housing block(10), and the housing block is composed of an installation surface(12) for the electronic control unit, a hydraulic connection space supplying pressure media to the hydraulic unit, an installation space(24) for a pump(50) and a damping unit(22). The damping unit is arranged in the lower part of the pump to damp pulsation of pressure and to regulate brake pressure of a wheel brake cylinder. The installation space of the damping unit and the installation space of the valve are extended to the installation surface of the housing block, and the damping unit is protruded on the installation surface.
