    • PURPOSE: An accumulator and a boring machine using the same are provided to fundamentally prevent pulsating pressure from being applied to water and to increase the impact force of water hammer. CONSTITUTION: A boring machine(1) comprises a main body(2), a lead(3), a head part(4), a drive rod(20), a hammer unit(10), and an accumulator(40). The main body has a driving device like an engine. The lead is installed in the main body. The heat part is guided by the lead and is descended and rotated by the driving device. The drive rod is connected to the head part. The hammer unit is installed in the end of the drive rod and has a bit(11) for performing a boring work. The accumulator is installed between the drive rod and the hammer unit. The accumulator absorbs pulsating pressure applied to fluid in a bored hole and increases the impact force of the hammer unit.

    • PURPOSE: A horizontal directional drilling reamer is provided to improve the working efficiency, to quickly and accurately perform drilling, and to form a solid excavation hole because track changing of a reamer is prevented. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal directional drilling reamer comprises a driving rod(4), a conic head portion(2), a cylindrical straight body(6), a plurality of hammers(7), an inclined hammering unit(17), a plurality of discharge holes(18), and an air supply pipe(13). The driving rod supplies the torque by being connected to a digging equipment, water, and bentonite mixture at the same time. The driving rod is connected to a front-end part of the conic head portion. The conic head portion comprises a plurality of injection nozzles and tips. The cylindrical straight body is formed in the rear-end part of the conic head portion to be integrated and an air tank(11) is installed inside of the cylindrical straight body. The plurality of hammers is exposed through holes punched in all directions of the conic head portion. A hammer body is fixed and installed inside of the cylindrical straight body, thereby moving forward and backward by the pneumatic pressure supplied from the air tank. The inclined hammering unit is formed in the hammer head. The plurality of discharge holes is formed in the hammer head so that the bentonite mixture is sprayed. The air supply pipe is connected to the rear-end part of the cylindrical straight body and supplies the pneumatic pressure from outside to the hammers.

The high-pressure hose is coupled to a high pressure swivel(11) and provides high pressure water. The jetting nozzle is connected to the high-pressure hose and sprays high pressure water in a sector form.
