The horizontal rail window device according to the present invention includes a rail section that is provided with a rail so that the window can slide on an upper surface of a flat plate portion having a flat plate shape, is fixedly fastened and received in the window frame in a longitudinal direction, and has a coupling portion formed to protrude on the upper surface of the flat plate portion; a pair of roller supports that are constituted by a window coupling portion positioned above, a roller mounting portion positioned below, and a connection portion connecting respective one ends, have a cross-sectional shape in which one side surface is open in a U shape, have a roller mounted on a lower portion of the roller mounting portion with open U-shaped surfaces facing each other, and are disposed for the roller to be received in an upper portion of the rail of the rail section; a rail hiding member that is provided with a plate-shaped rail hiding plate with a coupling protruding portion being formed to protrude downward in a lower portion of the rail hiding plate so that the coupling protruding portion is coupled with and fixed to the coupling portion of the rail section and is hung on the pair of roller support mounted to face each other so that the rail hiding plate is positioned between the window coupling portion and the roller mounting portion; and the window that is fixedly coupled with a lower portion of the window frame mounted on an upper portion of the window coupling portion of the roller support.
