The locking lever(3) is rotated in response to the movement of the actuator load(2) operated by the rotation of the actuator lever(1). The control lever(4) is changed into a locking/unlocking status in response to the rotation direction of the locking lever(3) by hinge connected with the locking lever(3). The outside lever(5) is positioned on the bottom side of the control lever(4) rotatably operated by the handle operation. And, the jam prevention latch structure further includes a return spring(8) is applying the tensile force.

The latch is rotated in up and down directions by the lifting of the link and combined with or unlocked from a first hooking unit (151) formed on a side of an escape hole.
