摘要： A manufacturing method for a carbon fiber reinforced composite component is provided to reduce densification gradient without increase of manufacturing cost. A manufacturing method for a carbon fiber reinforced composite component comprises as follows. A carbon fiber coherent fiber pre-form comprises a hole formed in at least one side. The pre-form is densified by loading material consisting of matrix with a chemical vapor infiltration type process(12). The holes are formed owing to a plurality of non-rotary tools at the same time(14). The tools are mutually parallel and have a rough portion or a concave portion to fracture or change nearby fiber.

摘要： A non-woven acoustic sleeve and method of construction thereof provides routing and protection for elongate members and suppression of noise generation from the elongate members while in the sleeve. The sleeve has an elongate wall with opposite sides that are self-wrapping about a longitudinal axis to define a generally tubular cavity. The opposite sides are extendable away from one another under an externally applied force to allow the elongate members to be disposed radially into or removed from the cavity. When the external force is released, the opposite sides of the wall to return to their self wrapped configuration to enclose the elongate members and suppress noise therefrom.

A mat transferring unit(500) transfers the inorganic fiber mat to the winding unit. A pressing roller(600) presses the inorganic fiber mat transferred by the mat transferring unit so that the inorganic fiber mat is disposed on a surface of the winding roller. A needle punching unit(700) punches several sheets of inorganic fiber mats, which are disposed on the winding roller, with a plurality of needles(740) reciprocating in a uniform rotation radius so that the inorganic fiber mats adhere to each other by entanglement of yarns of the inorganic fiber mats.
