    • PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided which has an excellent impact resistance, chemicals resistance and transparent property. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 8-25 weight parts of polybutadiene rubber latex, 40-70 weight parts of methacrylic alkyl ester or acrylic alkyl ester compound, 15-30 weight parts of aromatic vinyl compound, 1-20 weight parts of cyanated vinyl compound, 0.2-0.6 weight part of emulsifier, 0.2-0.6 weight part of molecular weight controlling agent, 0.05-0.3 weight part of polymerization initiator. The composition is polymerized at 65-80°C for 4-7 hours, followed by coagulation of aqueous calcium chloride solution at 80°C to give the thermoplastic resin.

    • PURPOSE: A graft copolymer is provided to have excellent adhesion resistance, transparency, and impact strength and to manufacture a sheet or a film with excellent transparency and impact strength by a T-die extrusion or a calendering process. CONSTITUTION: A graft copolymer includes 10-40 wt% of a conjugated diene-based rubber core; 30-60 wt% of a primary graft shell which surrounds the rubber core and includes a methacrylate-based monomer and a polyalkylene glycol-based vinyl represented by chemical formula 1; and 20-50 wt% of a secondary graft shell which includes an aromatic vinyl monomer. In chemical formula 1, R is hydrogen or a C1 or C4 alkyl group, and n is 6-14. The conjugated diene rubber includes 30 wt% or less of an aromatic vinyl monomer.

    • PURPOSE: An MBS-based graft copolymer is provided to provide a thermoplastic resin composition without loss of impact resistance even under moisture and heat resistant condition. CONSTITUTION: An MBS-based graft copolymer is obtained by graft-polymerizing an alkyl methacrylate monomer and an aromatic vinyl monomer to a rubber core which consists of conjugated diene monomers manufactured through an emulsion polymerization. The graft polymerization is conducted under the presence of alkali oleate and sulfonate-based emulsifier. In the whole graft polymerization, based on 100.0 parts by weight of the monomer, the used amount of the alkali oleate and sulfonate-based emulsifier are 0.01-1.5 parts by weight and 1.0-2.5 parts by weight respectively.
