    • 본 발명은 착색된 경량성(輕量性) 비금속광물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 착색된 경량성 비금속광물은 평균 입자 사이즈가 0.1 내지 7mm이고, 800 내지 1500℃에서 소성 가공된 경량성 비금속광물 100 중량부를 포함하고, 상기 경량성 비금속광물 100 중량부에 대하여 규산나트륨(sodium silicate), 규산칼륨(potassium silicate), 리튬실리케이트(lithium silicate), 콜로이달 실리카(colloidal silica) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나와 산화철, 산화아연, 이산화티탄, 산화알루미늄, 탄산칼슘, 인산염, 산화주석, 산화구리, 산화지르코늄, 유기안료 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나를 포함하는 안료(顔料)가 80 : 20 내지 60 : 40 중량비로 혼합된 혼합물을 포함하는 보강제 4 내지 30 중량부, 에폭시계 수지, 폴리우레탄계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 고분자 에멀전계 수지 및 이들의 혼합물에서 선택된 어느 하나를 포함하는 바인더 0.01 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 것일 수 있다.
      본 발명에 의한 착색된 경량성 비금속광물은 천연석과 같은 자연스러운 질감과 무늬를 필요에 따라 다양하게 제공할 수 있고, 경량성 비금속광물의 가공으로 가벼우면서도 내구성 및 내열성이 높다.

    • PURPOSE: Provide is a manufacturing method of artificial basalt having the feeling and shape similar to natural basalt, high mechanical strength by using waste stone and stone powder as aggregates. The manufacturing method of basalt comprises the steps of; mixing the above materials; forming a silicon mold corresponding to natural basalt; attaching the mold to a frame by heating and pressing method, filling the mold with heated sands(30-40deg.C) for 24hrs, removing sands, and washing; pouring the mixture into the mold; vibrating the mixture at high(200Hz) and low(50-60Hz) frequencies; compressing the mixture with 10-20kg of plate; curing. The silicon mold with a lot of protrusions corresponding to pores of natural basalt, is formed by cutting natural basalt, washing and drying at 100deg.C over 2hrs, coating basalt with mold-release agents, coating a gel type mixture of silicon and hardener, mixed in a ratio of 1:1, on basalt, and separating the hardened mixture from basalt.
