摘要： A system of manufacturing a paper pipe for winding a soft core is provided to improve a tensile strength at a connection portion since both end cross-sections of an external layer is slantly polished and the polished inclined surfaces are continuously connected and attached to be overlapped each other. A system of manufacturing a paper pipe for winding a soft core includes a first cutting device(150) and a second cutting device(160). The first and second cutting devices cut both end opposite surfaces of an external layer(140) encompassing an external surface of a soft core to be inclined. A winding device spirally winds the external layer on the external surface of the soft core. A drying device dries a paper pipe produced from the winding device during a predetermined time. A first polishing device polishes the external surface of the paper pipe dried by the drying device with a sand paper. A second polishing device polishes the external surface of the paper pipe polished by the first polishing device with the sand paper. A surface treating device coats wax on the external surface of the paper pipe polished by the second polishing device.
