The blower fan for a vehicle seat according to the present invention includes a case (100) that protects inner components; a bush (110) that is integrally coupled with a central portion of the case (100) and has a cylindrical shape; a shaft (120) that is rotatably provided inside the bush (110) and has a circular columnar shape; a metal bearing (130) that is provided between the bush (110) and the shaft (120) and supports to allow the shaft (120) to rotate inside the bush (110); a pair of washers (140, 142) that are provided at both ends of the shaft (120) and are in contact with respective both ends of the metal bearing (130); and a stopper (150) that is provided at one end of the shaft (120) and prevents separation of the metal bearing (130); and the like. According to the present invention, noise generation in the blower fan for the vehicle seat can be reduced.

The present invention relives the disagreement caused by the body temperature or the sweat of the user by automatically operating a ventilation mode and a sterilization mode when the user exposed to a hot or humid environment outside the vehicle gets into a vehicle and easily provides a pleasant driving condition for the user via sterilization and deodorization. The heating wire is arranged in the outlet into a relatively tight shape.

The PTC heater comprises a PTC element and a heat change pin, and the PTC element includes a self-temperature control function.
