    • PURPOSE: A method and a device for forming stepped projection part on the inner surface of pipe are provided to improve productivity and quality of product and reduce manufacturing cost by arbitrarily forming a stepped projection part on the inner circumferential surface of a circularly extrusion molded pipe in such a shape that the stepped projection part is deviated from the thickness range of the pipe. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a mounting step of inserting the pipe into holder(200) so that the holder completely covers the outer circumferential surface of a processing part of extrusion molded pipe(300), and mounting the pipe to a rotation means such as rotation chuck so that the pipe is fixed to the rotation means; and a processing step of forming a stepped projection part on the inner circumferential surface of the pipe by plastic working in which the pipe is pushed after penetrating a processing die(120) whose processing surface blade is formed in a rounded dull shape to a certain thickness into the inner surface of the processing part of the pipe as rotating the pipe(300), wherein the method comprises a heat treatment step of applying high frequency heat to the processing part of the pipe between the mounting step and processing step. The device for forming stepped projection part on the inner surface of pipe is characterized in that the pipe(300) is rotated by rotation means in the state that the pipe is fixed by inserting holder(200) onto the outer circumferential surface of a processing part of the pipe, a processing die(120) the front end of which is formed in an inverted "L" character shape, and a blade of front corner(121) and lower corner(122) installed at front end part(110) of jig(100), and diameter of the front end part(110) of the jig(100) is formed in such a size that the jig(100) is moved back and forth inside the pipe(300) to plastic work the inner circumferential surface of the pipe(300) rotated.

CONSTITUTION: The forming method of pipe fitting(10) by using local rapid heating comprises heating step of fitting one side of joint pipe(11) into first projecting part formed inside first fixed frame, inserting induction coil into the other side of the joint pipe, resting the other side of the joint pipe on resting groove formed on the upper part of second fixed frame, and local heating the inner part of the other side of the joint pipe(11) by impressing a power source to the induction coil; first forming step of bulging the local heated part by pressing the other side of the joint pipe local heated in the heating step using the second fixed frame; second forming step of fitting one side of the joint pipe into second projecting part formed inside third fixed frame after the first forming step, and expanding the pipe by pressing a pressing member having different diameter into the other side of the joint pipe in the order of from smaller diameter to larger diameter, thereby opening the other side of the joint pipe; third forming step of forming a flange part(12) by pressing the other side of the joint pipe expanded by the second forming step using a pressing plate, thereby opening the other side of the joint pipe to 180 degrees of an angle; and cutting processing step of cutting processing the pipe fitting(10) formed by the heating step and first, second and third forming steps to a certain thickness.
