    • PURPOSE: A cooking pot with a pattern and a manufacturing apparatus and method for the same are provided to make wrinkles of a molded product into a pattern corresponding to a guide groove formed in a magnesium alloy sheet and remove the wrinkle by the guide groove. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus for a cooking pot with a pattern comprises a punch(52) and a die(42). The punch is coupled to an upper holder via a punch pad and an insulator. The die is coupled to a lower holder via a punch pad and an insulator and has a sheet mounting groove formed along the upper circumference of a molding cavity. A first embossed part(g1) is formed on the outer surface of the punch and a second embossed part(g2) is formed in the molding cavity. The first and second embossed parts are shaped to mesh with or correspond to each other. When pressing a magnesium alloy sheet(M), a guide groove corresponding to the shape of the first and second embossed parts is formed in the magnesium alloy sheet.
