    • 본 발명은 차량용 공조장치의 송풍기에 관한 것으로서, 송풍실에서 입구측으로의 공기 역류현상을 방지할 수 있도록 구성함으로써 공기 역류현상으로 인한 송풍소음의 발생과 공기의 송풍효율 저하현상을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
      이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 송풍실과 입구와 출구를 구비하는 스크롤 케이싱과, 송풍실에 설치되며, 입구측 공기를 흡입하여 반경방향 외측의 출구측으로 송풍하는 송풍팬을 포함하고, 송풍팬은, 중앙의 허브와, 둘레의 날개들 및 날개들의 상단부를 연결하는 환형의 밴드를 포함하는 차량용 공조장치의 송풍기에 있어서, 송풍팬의 회전 시에 송풍실의 입구측 둘레부분을 향해 공기를 송풍할 수 있도록, 입구측 둘레부분에 대응되는 송풍팬의 밴드부분에 형성되는 다수의 보조날개들과; 송풍팬의 보조날개들에 대응되는 입구측 둘레의 스크롤 케이싱부분에 형성되며, 송풍팬의 보조날개들에 의해 송풍된 공기를 송풍팬의 보조날개들 측으로 반송시켜, 송풍팬과 입구측 둘레부분 사이에 공기 역류차단용 와류유동층이 발생될 수 있게 유도하는 그루브를 구비한다.
