    • PURPOSE: An interaction recognition device for multiple users and a method thereof are provided to recognize gesture points of hands, feet, and a body of a corresponding user, thereby accurately recognizing multi users even when a single visual light image is inputted. CONSTITUTION: A haar-like recognizing unit(108) detects a haar-like face and eyes using only darkness information in an image. A blob information extracting unit generates a skin blob list about a skin color region. A face tracking unit(116) recognizes the face of a user using the skin blob list and the detected haar-like face and eye values. A hand tracking unit(118) recognizes a hand area from the face.

    • PURPOSE: An education apparatus and method using virtual reality are provided to appear lecturer of class and remote place to same virtual world and provide contents by recognition of student's gesture thereby improving feeling of immersion of the student. A remote teacher computer(190) extracts video of the remote place lecturer from video photographed the remote place lecturer. A class teacher computer(140) performs learning contents realizing virtual space. The class teacher computer performs real-time telecommunication with the remote place teacher computer. A virtual reality computer(150) synthesizes the student video and the remote lecturer video in the virtual space.

    • A system-on-chip having IEEE 1500 wrapper and an internal delay test method thereof are provided to reduce the number of test pins by using a TAP controller. An IEEE 1500 wrapped core(230) comprises a core(2390) having a scan-chain(2391). The IEEE 1500 wrapper(2310~2380) provides an interface between a TAP controller and the core. A wrapper instruction register(2310) determines the action mode corresponding to the wrapper control signal(WSC) set. A wrapper bypass register(2320) is selectively operated by the wrapper instruction register. A WSC-WBC decoder(2330) converts the wrapper control signal into the test control signal for performing the test operation according to the invention. A multiplexer controller(2340) produces control signals controlling input-output wrapper border cells. A boundary test clock generator(2350) produces the input-output clock of wrapper border cells. A scan test clock generator(2360) produces the core scan-chain test clock(STCLK).

    • A device and a method for protecting an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) password, and an RFID tag accessing method are provided to safely transfer a password for an RFID tag to a user without exposing the password to other users, easily check exposure of the RFID password, and access the RFID tag attached to an article through the RFID password not exposed to other users. The password for the RFID tag is printed to a recording medium(120). A one-time covering material(130) visually isolates the password by being placed to surface of the recording medium, and is removed by physical or chemical ways. The recording medium is paper or plastic, and the one-time covering material is a painting film formed on the surface of the recording medium and removed through friction. The recording medium is attached to the article(100) to which the RFID tag(110) is attached.
