    • PURPOSE: A plastic substrate is provided to ensure low thermal expansion coefficient and flexible property as well as conductivity by including a carbon nanotube thin film of a mesh structure and a plastic support thin film. CONSTITUTION: A plastic substrate comprises: a carbon nanotube thin film(110b) of a mesh structure in a matrix form; and a plastic support thin film(210) which fills a space(115) between at least mesh structures and covers one surface of the carbon nanotube thin film. The carbon nanotube thin film includes mingled carbon nanotubes.     • PURPOSE: An electronic device, a wireless power transmitting device, and a power transmitting method thereof are provided to prevent the overheat due to an eddy current by transmitting power in the same resonant frequency. CONSTITUTION: A current of a high frequency is inputted to a power coil(140). A transmission coil(160) induces the current of the high frequency with a magnetic induction. The transmission coil generates non-radial electromagnetic wave according to the resonant frequency of at least one target device(200). A resonant frequency controller(180) controls the resonant frequency of the transmission coil. The resonant frequency controller corrects the resonant frequency of the transmission coil by controlling the space between the transmission coils.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and microcapsules manufactured thereby are provided to improve thermal stability, solvent resistance, chemical stability, and workability, and to diversity kinds of a dispersing agent by using the microcapsules as the dispersing agent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyurea microcapsule comprises the following steps; manufacturing a dispersed solution by decentralizing particles into saturated alcohol; dissolving amine-based monomer in the dispersed solution; making emulsion by mixing the dispersed solution, vegetable oil and diesel oil(30); and manufacturing the microcapsule which has the dispersed solution as a core material by dissolving a nonpolar isocyanate compound into the emulsion. The particle is conductive powder, metal particles, metalorganic particles, metal oxide particles, magnetic particles and hydrophobic polymer particles.
