    • PURPOSE: A clock generating device using a dual-port RAM is provided to generate various kinds of clocks required by a system by setting data within a dual-port RAM with a microprocessor. CONSTITUTION: A clock generating device comprises a system clock generating unit(21), a clock multiplier unit(22), a control clock generating unit(23), a storage unit(24), a clock data setting unit(25), and a parallel/serial converting unit(26). The system clock generating unit generates a system clock. The clock multiplier unit receives the system clock from the system clock generating unit to generate an input clock. The control clock generating unit receives the input clock from the clock multiplier unit and frequency divides the input clock to generate a control clock and a load pulse. The storage unit stores clock data, receives at an address terminal the control clock from the control clock generating unit to output clock data within a corresponding address. The clock data setting unit sets clock data stored in the storage unit. The parallel/serial converting unit receives clock data from the storage unit in response to the load pulse from the control clock generating unit, and parallel/serial converts the clock data in response to the input clock from the clock multiplier unit to output a clock of a multiple of a predetermined frequency.

    • PURPOSE: An optical network unit(ONU) of demand-concentrated broadband subscribers, is provided to connect and multiply voice of a general telephone/a public phone, an integrated services digital network(ISDN), N64k, DS1, DS1E and high speed service data services such as an asymmetric digital subscriber line/very high bit rate digital subscriber line(ADSL/VDSL), and to optically transmit STM-4c(STM-1) to an opposed station of a host digital terminal(HDT). So that receiving capacity per shelf can be maximized. CONSTITUTION: An optical network unit main control unit(OMCU) manages and controls information of an optical network unit(ONU) as a main controller, and performs a communication function with a host digital terminal(HDT). An optical network interface unit(ONIU) has a function generating clocks from signals inputted from an external, and an 622Mbps(155Mbps) optical interface function. An extension unit(EXTU) performs three STM-1 connections as a unit for extending a shelf, and relays an asynchronous transfer mode(ATM) cell. An E1T1 unit selectively supplies a 1.544Mbps or 2M dedicated line to each port. A channel test interface unit(CTIU) tests a line/speech path as a subscriber line test unit. Subscriber telephone coin phone/basic rate interface unit/data 64kbpsxN/primary rate interface unit(STCP/BRIU/D64N/PRIU), receive data and clocks from the ONIU and directly connect a subscriber. A subscriber channel unit applies an asymmetric digital subscriber line/very high bit rate digital subscriber line(VDSL/ADSL).

    • PURPOSE: A V5.2 provision process method is provided to be capable of increasing an efficiency and a facility by defining a provision capacity so as to be comprised in a variant and specifying a constituent element of each variant finely. CONSTITUTION: A PSTN protocol, a control protocol, a link protocol, a BCC protocol, D-type of an ISDN service, ISDN F-type, C-path are allotted to a logic C-channel ID(T1). The PSTN protocol, the control protocol, the link protocol, and the BCC protocol are used as one protocol, and the D-type of an ISDN service, the ISDN F-type, and the C-path are used as one or more protocols. The logic C-channel number is assigned to a time slot to be used(T2), and a physical C-channel is assigned to a link ID(T3). In order to protect the logic C-channel of the time slot, maximumly three standby C-channels are assigned according to a priority assignment order of the physical C-channel and the C-channels thus assigned are mapped to the link ID(T4). In order to transfer user information on remaining physical C-channel after setting the standby C-channel, there is assigned to a variant channel(T5). A data set according to a variant ID is stored in a system memory.
