    • PURPOSE: A low hardness thermoplastic elastomer composition is provided to secure the elasticity of a thermoplastic elastomer and the high elongation property, and to prevent the plasticizer from being exposed to the surface of a molded product of the composition. CONSTITUTION: A low hardness thermoplastic elastomer composition contains the following: 1~80wt% of polyether ester elastomer; and 20~99wt% of styrene-based block copolymer and white oil. The weight ratio of the styrene-based block copolymer and the white oil is 20:80~70:30. The hardness of the thermoplastic elastomer composition is less than 75. The polyether ester elastomer is formed with a hard segment marked with chemical formula 1, and a soft segment marked with chemical formula 2. The content of the soft segment inside the elastomer is 20~75wt%.
