摘要： PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and a device of flocking yarn are characterized by producing at least two layers of flocking yarn simultaneously, using an electrode net as an electrode and having simple producing-structures. Therefore, the manufacturing method and the device of the flocking yarn are capable of increasing production velocity and improving in quality. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the flocking yarn is as follows: providing at least two core yarn layers(220,230) arranged in the first direction at right angles to the axis of ordinate; flowing the core yarn layers into a flocking chamber at proper intervals; setting plural electrode nets(130,135,140,145) forming electric field on each side of each core yarn layer; flowing pile yarns(155) between the electrodes nets; planting the pile yarns on a surface of the core yarn by electric field; and then exhausting and drying the core yarn. The manufacturing device thereof is comprised of: a housing(120); a transferring device forming the core yarn layers, arranging the layers and passing through the inside of the housing(120); plural electrode nets(130,135,140,145) set on each side of each core yarn layer; plural voltage generators which are connected with the electrode nets, forming electric field between the electrode nets; and a supplying device of the pile yarns.

摘要： PURPOSE: A method of making a flocking yarn improved in quality of a product by attaching a tow yarn to a plied yarn consists of a single yarn of two strands or more is provided. Therefore, the flocking yarn having excellent adhesion can be produced within a short time by a continuous and simple process. CONSTITUTION: A plied yarn(21) comprising a single yarn of two strands or more is passed though an adhesive solution tank, a tow yarn is supplied to a flocking chamber(10) in which an electrode net(16) and electrode plate(15) are placed at the upper and lower part of the adhesive-coated piled yarn and a voltage is applied to the electrode net and electrode plate to evenly attach the tow yarn to the whole of the tow yarn. Thereafter, the tow yarn-attached pile yarn is dried. The piled yarn is an S and Z twist plied yarn and is introduced into the flocking chamber at a rate of 15 to 30m/min.
