    • PURPOSE: A method for forming soil by using leftovers of food and waste lime is provided which prevents reduction of resources, secondary contamination and acidification of the soil and fertilizes the soil. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) after eliminating a large amount of water contained in various leftovers of food, decomposing it for about one week; (ii) after mixing 1000 grams of decomposed leftovers of food with each 5-10 grams of EMbadomonas bacteria and E.coli Marxianus bacteria, fermenting the mixture with keeping a temperature at 65-85 deg.C for 14-28 days; and (iii) stirring 51% of fermented leftovers of food and 49% of general soil, wooden materials and other leaves with a stirrer.
