CONSTITUTION: An enclosed type compressor assembly includes a valve plate(251), outlet valve(253), valve stopper(254), and discharge cover(260). The valve plate is combined by covering the compression room of the cylinder and includes a plurality of outlets(251c). The outlet valve independently opens and closes the outlet of the valve plate. The valve stopper supports the outlet valve at the same time. The discharge cover fixes the valve stopper on the valve plate. The valve stopper is supported by being pressured at the three-point by the discharge cover.

    • PURPOSE: A hermetic compressor is provided to effectively cool the temperature of the refrigerant discharged to the discharge hole of the discharge cover. CONSTITUTION: A hermetic compressor comprises a casing, a compression part, a discharge cover(260), a discharge tube. The casing is shut tightly. The compression part is installed in the internal space of casing and compresses refrigerant. The discharge cover is installed in the discharge side of the compression part and accepts the discharged refrigerant in the compression part. The discharge tube is connected to the discharge cover and directly guides the refrigerant discharged to the inside of the discharge cover to the cooling cycle. The discharge cover has a coating layer(265) for magnifying the surface area.

    • PURPOSE: A reciprocation compressor is provided to reduce the operation noise by lowering the vibration of a frame by arranging a plurality of cylinders at one frame at a regular interval. CONSTITUTION: A reciprocation compressor comprises followings. A crank shaft(33) includes an eccentric pin eccentric from the center of rotation and is installed at a frame of a sealed container inside to rotate by a motor unit. The cylinder is arranged at the both side around the center of rotation of the crank shaft and includes a compression room inside. Pistons(141,142) is inserted at a plurality of cylinders to compress a refrigerant while reciprocating. A connecting rod changes the rotational motion of the crank shaft into the linear motion of the piston. A connection sleeve(120) is combined with an eccentric pin of the crank shaft. A bearing sleeve(180) is inserted between the eccentric pin and the connection sleeve of the crank shaft.
