    • PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same reduce the band gap between a buffer layer and a window layer, improving the efficiency of the photoelectric conversion. CONSTITUTION: A backside electrode layer (200) is formed on a supporting substrate (100). A light absorption layer (300) is formed on the backside electrode layer. A buffer layer (400) is formed on the light absorption layer. The buffer layer comprises a section in which the density of the impurity increases toward the upper part. The buffer layer comprises a first buffer layer (410) and a second buffer layer (420) formed with different thicknesses. A high resistance buffer layer (500) is formed on the buffer layer.
