    • PURPOSE: A semiconductor chip package that direction of attaching is free is provided to eliminate a process for inspecting an index pin and to prevent a defect caused by a direction of a semiconductor chip package by mounting the semiconductor chip package regardless of the direction of the semiconductor chip package. CONSTITUTION: A switching circuit converts the function of a pin into a function of a pin in a position corresponding to the pin according to the direction that the semiconductor chip package is mounted. Pin defining leads are connected to the switching circuit to define the function of the pin, installed in a position corresponding to the change of the package mounting direction. Power leads and ground leads are installed in a position corresponding to the change of the package mounting direction.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing a wet developer is provided, to enable the particle size to be controlled, to reduce the particle size of toner particles and to improve the uniformity of distribution of particle size. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing 10-20 wt% of a mixture of a pigment and a dispersant with a hydrocarbon-based solvent and milling them; dissolving an ethylene-based copolymer resin to a solvent mixture comprising a hydrocarbon-based solvent and a co-solvent; mixing the first solution and the second solution; cooling the mixture solution with stirring at a room temperature to prepare a toner particle; filtering the toner particle dispersion solution to remove the co-solvent; and adding a metal salt having zirconium as an antistatic material and a hydrocarbon-based solvent to the solution. Preferably the co-solvent is ethanol or toluene; and the ratio of the hydrocarbon-based solvent and the co-solvent is 8:2 to 6:4 by weight.

    • PURPOSE: A transflective liquid crystal display is provided to prevent incoming light to a reflective mode area and transmit light reflected from reflective protrusions to a transmissive mode area by using a predetermined reflective plate and a convex lens, thereby increasing the utilization efficiency of light. CONSTITUTION: A first insulating substrate is provided. A second insulating substrate(60) is located in opposite to the first insulating substrate and has a reflective mode area(A) and a transmissive mode area(B). A liquid crystal layer is injected between the first insulating substrate and the second substrate. Upper and lower polarizing plates are attached to front and rear surfaces of the liquid crystal layer. A plurality of reflective protrusions(61) are formed on a lower surface of the second insulating substrate and overlapped with a TFT(Thin Film Transistor)(51) of the reflective mode area to prevent incoming light to the TFT. A convex lens(62) is formed on the lower surface of the second insulating substrate except a part where the reflective protrusions are formed, so that the convex lens condenses the light at the transmissive mode area.

      따라서, 본 발명은 트리밍/포밍작업 도중에 과부하가 발생하면 토르크측정부 내의 클램프가 슬립하여 모타의 손상을 방지한다.
