    • PURPOSE: CIGS(CuInxGa1-xSe2) particles and a method for preparing the same are provided to prepare CIGS particles at relatively low temperature by using an alcohol mixed solvent with high volatility. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing CIGS particles comprises steps of: preparing a CIG precursor compound(101) or oxide from the precursors of Cu, In, and Ga(100), dissolving the CIG precursor compound or oxide and Se precursor in a mixed organic solvent, synthesizing CIGS particles by making the solution react at a temperature lower than to the boiling temperature of the organic solvent and higher than the boiling temperature of alcohol, separating the precipitate from the solution and washing and drying it, and obtaining nano-sized CIGS particles through the centrifugal separation, washing and drying of the remaining solution.

    • PURPOSE: A process for preparing hydrofluoroethers is provided to prepare hydrofluoroethers at a high yield while dramatically reducing a double bond product as a by-product by using alkali metal phosphate and halide-based amine salt. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing hydrofluoroethers is prepared by reacting an alcohol compound and a fluorine-containing olefin compound. The reaction is performed in a condition that alkali metal phosphate and halide-based amine salt are present. The alcohol compound is selected from C1-8 alcohol, perfluorinated phenol containing 1-5 fluorine atoms, and C1-8 fluorinated alcohol containing 1-15 fluorine atoms. The fluorine-containing olefin is selected from C2-4 olefin compound containing 1-8 fluorine atoms.
