    • The invention provides a shift register which can operate normally while suppressing a delay of signal and a rounding of waveform. The shift register of the invention includes a plurality of stages of flip-flop circuits each of which includes a clocked inverter. The clocked inverter includes a first transistor and a second transistor which are connected in series, a first compensation circuit including a third transistor and a fourth transistor which are connected in series, and a second compensation circuit including a fifth transistor and a transmission gate.     • PURPOSE: An electronic apparatus is provided to enlarge a display region while reducing a size and a manufacturing cost of the electronic device by using a double-sided display device. CONSTITUTION: An electronic apparatus includes a light emitting element(101), a color filter(102,103), and two polarizing plates(104,105). The color filter is implemented in either side of an anode or a cathode of the light emitting element. The polarizing plates sandwiches the light emitting element and the color filter. The anode and the cathode of the light emitting element have a light transmissive characteristic. Deflection angles of the two polarizing plates are set to be different from each other. The light obtained from the light emitting element is white. The light emitting element includes a first light emitting layer representing a blue emission and a second light emitting layer dispersed with a phosphorescent material with a concentration of 10 wt % or more in a host material. The second light emitting layer emits both a phosphorescence from the phosphorescent material and an emission from the phosphorescent material in an excimer state.
