摘要： A light emitting device and an electronic device using the same are provided to enhance the display quality using the thin film transistor in the drive of pixel. A light emitting device comprises a source signal line(5001), a current supply line(5003), and pixels. The pixel has light emitting devices and a thin film driving transistor(5005). The light emitting devices have a light emission region(5007). The driving thin-film transistor corresponds to the light emitting devices. The source signal line, the current supply lines and the driving thin-film transistors are arranged on the insulating film. The electronic device comprises the thin film transistor including the light emitting device and is used for the drive of pixel.

摘要： The invention provides a shift register which can operate normally while suppressing a delay of signal and a rounding of waveform. The shift register of the invention includes a plurality of stages of flip-flop circuits each of which includes a clocked inverter. The clocked inverter includes a first transistor and a second transistor which are connected in series, a first compensation circuit including a third transistor and a fourth transistor which are connected in series, and a second compensation circuit including a fifth transistor and a transmission gate. According to the first compensation circuit, a timing at which a signal outputted from the flip-flop circuit rises or falls can be controlled in synchronization with an output of two stages before. 摘要： PURPOSE: An electronic apparatus is provided to enlarge a display region while reducing a size and a manufacturing cost of the electronic device by using a double-sided display device. CONSTITUTION: An electronic apparatus includes a light emitting element(101), a color filter(102,103), and two polarizing plates(104,105). The color filter is implemented in either side of an anode or a cathode of the light emitting element. The polarizing plates sandwiches the light emitting element and the color filter. The anode and the cathode of the light emitting element have a light transmissive characteristic. Deflection angles of the two polarizing plates are set to be different from each other. The light obtained from the light emitting element is white. The light emitting element includes a first light emitting layer representing a blue emission and a second light emitting layer dispersed with a phosphorescent material with a concentration of 10 wt % or more in a host material. The second light emitting layer emits both a phosphorescence from the phosphorescent material and an emission from the phosphorescent material in an excimer state.

GS 를 인가하여 요구되는 드레인전류를 얻을 수 있다. 따라서, 구동용 TFT의 드레인전류가 문턱 전압의 변동에 의해 거의 영향을 받지 않게 된다. 또한, 화소의 레이아웃시 격벽 아래에 배선을 배치하고, 구동용 TFT를 배선 아래에 배치하는 것에 의해 구동용 TFT의 크기 증가에 불구하고 개구율의 감소를 방지할 수 있다. 3트랜지스터형 화소의 경우에는 스위칭용 TFT와 소거용 TFT를 직선형으로 배치하는 것에 의해 개구율을 더욱 증가시킬 수 있다.
