    • PURPOSE: A slim plate beam method using a CT(cut tee) shape steel is provided to reduce a height between floors while securing an enough use space, and to activate the application of flat slab structure. CONSTITUTION: The slim plate beam is comprised of column structure members(20); a CT shape steel(10) horizontally installed between the column structure members; and a bonding device consisting of a bracket(31) welded onto the column structure member in a direction of the CT shape steel, a column connection plate(32) protruded from the top of the bracket and an extended web(33) extended longitudinally from the end of a web of the CT shape steel so as to be connected to the column connection plate by using a bolt.
    • 目的:提供使用CT(三通)形状钢的薄板梁法,以减少地板之间的高度,同时确保足够的使用空间,并激活平板结构的应用。 构造:细板梁由柱结构构件(20)组成; 水平安装在列结构件之间的CT形钢(10) 以及粘结装置,其由在CT型钢的方向上焊接到柱结构构件上的支架(31),从支架的顶部突出的柱连接板(32)和从所述支架的纵向延伸的延伸纤维网 CT形状的网的端部,以通过使用螺栓连接到柱连接板。

    • PURPOSE: A composite beam using a prestressed precast concrete panel is provided to be applicable to a long span-structure by reducing deflection and vibration and heightening stiffness in comparison with a general steel beam and to manufacture by joining a manufactured steel beam and a PC panel simply in a job site. CONSTITUTION: The composite beam using a prestressed precast concrete panel comprises: a steel beam(1); a PC panel(2) joined with a lower flange(11) of the steel beam except both ends and provided with a PC steel wire(21) laid longitudinally; and joining instruments(3) installed to the PC panel(2) to join with the steel beam(1).

    • 본발명은철골보와콘크리트를합성하여합성보를제작하고, 그위에하프슬래브나슬래브철근이부착된합성데크플레이트를올려놓고콘크리트를타설하여구조물을축조할수 있는합성보및 이를이용한구조물축조방법에관한것이다. 본발명의합성보는철골보(12)와상기철골보(10)의하부플랜지(12) 위로타설되는콘크리트(18)와철골보의길이방향으로평행하게배근되는상부주근(24) 및하부주근(26)과전단보강철근(28)으로구성된다. 하부플랜지(12)의위쪽으로콘크리트(18)가타설되어철골보(12)와일체가되며, 상기콘크리트(18)는웨브(16)의상단에서약간아래까지타설되고, 철골보(12)의양단부에서후술하는상부주근(24)및하부주근(26)의정착길이만큼안으로들어온위치까지타설된다. 하부플랜지(14)의바로위쪽에는철골보(12)의길이방향으로하부주근(26)이배근되고, 다시그 위쪽으로상부주근(24)이배근되며, 상기상부주근(24) 및하부주근(26)을감싸전단보강철근(28)이∩자형태로배근된다. 상부철근(24)과전단보강철근(28)의위쪽일부는콘크리트(18) 위로노출되어추후타설되는슬래브콘크리트(46) 속에매립됨으로써, 슬래브콘크리트(46)와합성보(10)가일체가된다. 콘크리트(18)의상부면에는추후타설되는슬래브콘크리트(46)와의결합력을증진시키기위해전단키(20)가형성되고, 철골보(12)의측면에는스터드볼트(22)가설치된다.
