    • PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a composite substrate for vehicles based on non-woven fabrics is provided to lighten vehicles and to improve the sound absorbing and heat insulating property of a composite substrate by including a light foamed sheet in a core unit. CONSTITUTION: A composite substrate (10) for vehicles comprises a foamed sheet (5) based on a resin selected among a polypropylene-based resin, a polyethylene-based resin, and a mixture thereof, and non-woven fabrics (3a,3b). The non-woven fabrics are thermally bonded on both sides of the foamed sheet. In the non-woven fabrics, glass fibers and polypropylene-based fibers are mixed. A method of manufacturing the composite substrate comprises the steps of: injecting a foamed substance material composition containing a foaming agent and a resin selected among a polypropylene-based resin, a polyethylene-based resin, and a mixture thereof into an extruder; melt-extruding a compressed sheet; preparing a foamed sheet by foaming the foaming agent; preparing non-woven fabrics by mixing polypropylene fibers and glass fibers; and laminating and thermally bonding the non-woven fabrics on both sides of the foamed sheet.

    • PURPOSE: A composite insulating material for a building is provided to remove the necessity of a separate finishing process, to be resistant to shocks, and to improve the binding force of an insulating material and mortar. CONSTITUTION: A composite insulating material(10A) for a building comprises an insulating board(2), a reinforcing material(4), and mortar(6). The reinforcing material is made of a nonwoven material or papers including a fiber. The reinforcing material is layered in one side of the insulating board. The mortar is applied on the reinforcing material, penetrates a space between fibers, and is attached to the insulating board. The mortar comprises 40-60 parts by weight of gypsum containing powder and 40-60 parts by weight of sand containing powder.

CONSTITUTION: A polyolefin copolymer resin for air duct comprises 0.1-5 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent, 1-30 parts by weight of blowing agent based on 100.0 parts by weight of polyolefin based copolymer resin. The foam mixture is extrusion-molded to a seedbed with constant width and thickness through an extruder. In a foaming furnace the seedbed is crosslinked and blown. The crosslinked and blown foam has an elliptical cell shape having a horizontal long axis along a drawing direction, and has heat conductivity of 0.0250-0.0360 kcal/mh°C, and foaming magnification of 10-30 times.
